Outcome 4. Activities related to Project Outcome "Three equipped multimedia training rooms for teaching MULTICEP course"


Working group of the Coordinator carried out marketing researches on definition of full set of equipment and teaching facilities for multimedia teaching, activities on tender for supplier selection were prepared, the agreement was signed between the Grantholder, the Coordinator and the Supplier. To the end of October 2007 the equipment  was delivered in each partner Universities, including central server, processor, monitors for 12 students and teacher, video cameras, projection systems for presentations, projection screens, TV-stations.

In each of three partner Universities rooms of necessary space were prepared for multimedia equipment installation, necessary repair works and furnishing were carried out. Technical specialists conducted communications and internet-lines, mounting and testing of all units of the equipment. As the result in November 2007 3 multimedia training rooms were completely prepared for teaching process.
